Sending Your Electric Fence Controller For Repair
Sending Your Electric Fence Controller For Repair For expert repair of your
fence controller, please follow the directions below. Zareba repairs fence
controllers under warranty free of charge. For fence controllers outside of
warranty, a Zareba-Authorized Repair Center will contact you to provide an
estimate prior to the repair being done.

Determine your closest Authorized Repair Center from the list below. Call the
location before sending the controller to advise them of your problem and
notify of shipment.

Print your name and address on a tag and attach it to the fence controller. |
| 3.
|
Repack the unit in its original carton, if possible.
|
| 4.
|
Write your address and a brief description of the problem and place them in an
envelope attached to the outside of the carton.
|
| 5. |
Ship the unit prepaid; insure it against possible shipping damage.
|
| 6.
|
If you're returning the unit to the factory in Ellendale, Minnesota, please
call 800 272 9877 for a return materials authorization (RMA) number.

SUCH PROHIBITIONS WERE ADOPTED TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE ALLEGEDLY ASSOCIATED WITH WEED CHOPPER TYPE FENCE CONTROLLERS. “Weed chopper” type fence controllers do not comply with the requirements of these states. Zareba Systems does not currently manufacture or sell “weed chopper” type fence controllers and last did so approximately 10 years ago. Any “weed chopper” type fence controller allegedly manufactured by Zareba Systems or Waters Instruments should not be used because any such use may entail an unacceptable risk of FIRE. Zareba Systems does not sell spare parts for “weed chopper” type fence controllers.
