The lady that I talked to could not have any nicer, diagnosed my problem, sent me a new battery and all is good.

At first I was not too happy with the fence charger I purchased because it apparently did not work but a week or so. So I went to the owners manual for diagnosis and found a bad battery. So I called for service and was sent a new battery.

To charge the battery, you will need to use a compatible trickle charger. If you already have the charger and want to confirm it's working correctly, you can test it with a fence tester.
