How can I purchase new bolts for my Fi-Shock wire stretcher? We use it on our family farm often! Works great, but can’t find the matching carriage bolts! THANKS!

We don’t sell replacement hardware directly, but you can usually get matching carriage bolts for your Fi-Shock® Woven Wire Fence Stretcher at most farm supply stores or big box hardware stores. Look for carriage bolts of the same diameter and length as your original bolts so they fit properly.

Why would you suggest looking at hardware stores or farm stores for replacement bolts? Have you ever looked? I have and none of them carry 7/17" carriage bolts, especially galvanized.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, we don’t carry replacement parts like individual bolts.
We suggested checking hardware or farm stores because they often stock a wide range of fasteners, including some less common sizes. That said, you’re absolutely right that certain specific sizes, like 7/17" galvanized carriage bolts, can be very difficult to find locally.
